Returns & Cancellations
All Brady Cases products are built custom to order and are "as-is" upon arrival except in the case of malfunction, shipping damage, or order not built to specifications. If there is an issue with the case differing from the original order the return must take place within 14 days of delivery (malfunction or warranty issues are still valid for lifetime of the product). We do not cancel orders because they are no longer needed, took longer to build than expected, shipping delays, or any reason except it differing from what was specified. In that event, measures for repair or replacement will be pursued. We assume the right to repair or replace before issuing a refund. When a case arrives via FedEx or UPS, it comes with 1" styrofoam padding, a corrugated box around that, usually strapped, and then shrink-wrapped. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the outer packaging on FedEx and UPS shipments to determine if there is damage before the driver is released. If it is a freight shipment, please take them off the pallets and even inspect the inside of the cases quickly and note if there is any damage at all. Be sure to make notation to the driver immediately on the bill of lading or the freight company will likely deny the claim based on a clear delivery and we cannot be held responsible! We cannot stress this enough!
Orders with shipping damage will be shipped back to us for repair or replacement (including any and all packaging, wrapping, stickers, etc). The shipping company may assume the right to inspect and/or hold the order until an outcome is determined and we also assume the rights to verify the outcome of the claim before proceeding with repair or replacement. However, in most cases, we will immediately repair or replace damaged goods as quickly as possible. We will do everything possible in the event of a claim to make it as expedient as possible and communicative throughout the claims process. Returns and cancellations are at the discretion of Brady Cases. Returns will not be accepted if customer did not properly measure their equipment or correctly convey specifications clearly or accurately. Please be exact!
If an order is put and place and the customer needs to cancel an order after it has been put into place and a resolution cannot be found, a minimum 35% cancellation fee will be assumed on any order. Some products that require expensive components that were ordered or if the items were already built, the restock fee may be higher according to costs incurred. Any chargebacks for orders that are placed will receive a restock fee as well plus the chargeback fee unless otherwise discussed. If a purchase has been placed and is changed after the fact, it may extend the build time and costs. International shipments also do take a bit longer than the quoted time for customs preparation and transit times. Contact us for further questions.
