Terms of Service
Cases or other products ordered from Brady Cases come with a lifetime warranty that covers workmanship and materials to be free from defect for the period of the warranty starting at the date of purchase. Brady Cases agrees to replace or repair (at its discretion) all defective parts at no cost to the customer. Cases or other products must be shipped to Brady Cases for repair after retaining an authorization number and Brady Cases will cover domestic shipping costs back to the customer, up to $120. The warranty does not cover damage or failure due to misuse, customer modifications, normal wear and tear (assessed at Brady Cases' discretion). Brady Cases is not responsible for legal obligations of direct or indirect damage for loss of property, profits, fees, delays, injuries or death in relation with the use of or operation of any Brady Case products.
We do not cancel orders once they are placed due to no longer needing the product, longer than quoted turnaround, or any circumstance unless approved by Brady Cases - please refer to the return policy for more details before ordering! If a case arrives different from what was specified in the orders, Brady Cases will make every effort to repair or replace the case before a refund is given.
